Bradley Allen, 33, of 612 Apple Street, Bowmanstown, was charged with burglary, 2 counts of criminal trespass, theft, receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy, and 4 counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Lorene Rice, 33, of 3763 Forest inn Road, Palmerton, was charged with burglary, 2 counts of criminal trespass, theft, receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy, and 4 counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance. The incident occurred on June 12 at 11:08 p.m. in the 700 block of Edgemont Avenue.

Theft

Criminal charges were filed against Nicholas Fullington, 22, of 65 E Creek Drive, Lehighton, for theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. The incident occurred on April 11 at 11:23 p.m. in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.

Possession of drugs

Criminal charges were filed against Ryan Cebrosky, 18, of 788 Blue Mountain Lake, E Stroudsburg, for fleeing or attempting to elude police, possession of drug paraphernalia, expired inspection, and learner's permits. The incident occurred on June 4 at 12:41 p.m. in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.

Public drunkenness

Christopher Truhe, 26, of 542 Mountain Top Drive, Lehighton, for public drunkenness. The violation occurred on June 15 at 11:06 p.m. in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.

Disorderly conduct

Najeeba Brown, 32, of 378 Delaware Avenue, Apt. A, Palmerton, was cited for disorderly conduct. The violation occurred on June 12 at 11;30 p.m. at the above address.

Speeding

Jay Reppert, 45, of 209 Main Street, Parryville, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on June 14 at 5:50 a.m. on SR248 east.

A citation was issued to a 17-year-old Palmerton male for speeding. The violation occurred on June 16 at 6:53 p.m. in the 1400 block of Mauch Chunk Road.

Candice Danner, 42, of 7186 Cedar Drive, New Tripoli, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on June 13 at 5:41 p.m. in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.

Traffic violation

Donna Senko, 49, of 1324 Pin Oak Lane, Slatington, was cited for limitations on backing. The violation occurred on June 13 at 7:28 p.m. in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.
