Underage drinker

Four underage drinkers were cited in two separate incidents in Schuylkill County over the past weekend.

On Friday, June 18, about 11:05 p.m. along SR209 state police at Frackville were conducting a sobriety checkpoint in Blythe Township. Troopers said a 17-year-old male from Kaska was stopped at the checkpoint and found to have consumed alcohol. He was cited for underage drinking.

On Saturday, June 19, about 3:10 a.m. along Oak St., west of Center St., in Sheppton, East Union Township, three male juveniles, one 15 and two 16, were cited for underage drinking, troopers said.
