Theft from vehicle incidents probed

State police at Lehighton reported investigating three theft from vehicle incidents that occurred along Mountain View Drive, in Kunkletown, Polk Township, Monroe County.

Troopers said the vehicle Alan J. Lauchnor, 49, and entered and removed was $17 in change; the vehicle of Barbara Uhnak, 38, was entered and removed was her registration cards; and the vehicle of David R. Weaver, 38, was entered and removed was 120 CDs and about $3 in change. In each case the vehicles were unsecured, troopers said, and the entries occurred sometime between Monday, June 21, at 10:30 p.m. and Tuesday at 5:45 a.m.

Troopers are also probing a theft incident at the residence of Steven Enderley, 51, of 111 Overlook Drive, Saylorsburg. Troopers said a lawn chair and metal statue were removed from the property. The incident occurred sometime between Sunday, June 20, at 8 a.m. and Tuesday at 4 p.m.
