Cyclist dies of crash injuries
A motorcyclist has died of injuries he sustained in a crash in Carbon County.
The Lehigh Coroner's Office reported that Edward Blew, 52, of 2244 Candlewood Drive, Blakeslee, died on Tuesday, June 22, at 5:05 p.m. at St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill, of injuries he sustained in a crash that occurred on June 19. Coroner Scott Grim said Blew died of head injuries.
The crash occurred about 4:30 p.m. on Fairyland Road, between Overlook Drive and Harrity Road, in Franklin Township, just west of Beltzville State Park.
