June 24, 1978 Rick Jones collects four hits, one of them a double, and knocks in three runs to lead the Tamaqua Travelers to a 10-8 Pocono Mountain League victory over Kunkletown. Ed Tarconish also has a good day at the plate finishing with two hits, one a homer, three runs scored and two RBIs. Gary Zedonek gains the pitching win while Keith James contributes a two-run single.
