Joseph Renna was granted a divorce from Danielle McMurray-Renna, both of 17 Meadow View Avenue, Barnesville, Rush Township. They were married July 22, 2007.
Melissa Hoffman, 19 Walnut St., Middleport, was granted a divorce from Stephen W. Hoffman, 181 Tower Road, New Ringgold. They were married Oct. 12, 2002.

Christopher A. Snyder, 416 E. Union St., Apt. 1, Tamaqua, started a divorce action against Kimberly A. Snyder, 204 Washington St., Tamaqua. They were married Aug. 3, 1996.
Sentenced
Jeremiah John Ruscavage, 30, St. Clair, pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. On the first charge he was given credit by Judge Charles M. Miller for serving three days in the county prison and was released and placed on probation for 12 months, pay $50 to Criminal Justice Enhancement Account, a $50 monthly supervision fee and one the second charge was fined $100 plus costs. He was cited by Patrolman Frank DiMarco, St. Clair police, on July 18, 2009.
Jason J. Pesavage, 31, Upper Shaft, West Mahanoy Township, who had entered a guilty plea last May 27 was sentenced by Judge Miller on the charge of theft by unlawful taking of property belonging to Darlene Livingston, Shenandoah, on Nov. 1, 2007. He was given credit for spending 100 days in the county prison and was released on parole for 23 months, pay a fine of $100 and court costs, pay $50 to Criminal Justice Enhancement Accout, pay a $50 monthly supervision fee and make restituiton of $2,000 to the victim. He was cited by Shenandoah police.
