Theft of motor vehicle

State police at Lehighton reported that a car owned by Frank R. Potoczak, 39, of 1810 Deer Lane, Towamensing Township, was entered and approximately $1,500 cash was taken from the center console of the vehicle. The car was believed to have been unlocked. There was no damage to the car.
