Senior boxes
Senior Box sign ups will again be held at Meed's Methodist Church on Friday, March 5 from 10 a.m. to noon. This is open to seniors from Nesquehoning, Jim Thorpe, and Lansford. Please be sure to bring proof of income with you to this sign up.
Income eligibility: family of one,$1,174. per month; family of two, $1,579 per month.
Conservation club
The Nesquehoning Conservation Club will meet on Wednesday, March 3 at 6:30 p.m. at MapleShade Meadows.
Golden Agers
The Panther Valley Golden Agers will hold a meeting on Monday, March 8 at 1 p.m. at St. Joseph's Hall in Summit Hill. Practice for chorus will be held on that day at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph's Hall.
