Retail theft arrests in Rush Township

Rush Township police have cited several people for shoplifting at the Hometown Commons Walmart in recent days.

Rita M. Fritz, 63, of Tamaqua, was cited for retail theft after allegedly attempting to remove $22.76 worth of merchandise from the store on Feb. 24.

Kaitlin N. Fronheiser, 18, of Jim Thorpe, was cited for retail theft and receiving stolen property following a Feb. 24 incident. Fronheiser allegedly removed $102.88 worth of merchandise from the retail store.

Corrine N. Phillips, 24, of Duryea, Luzerne County, was cited for retail theft after allegedly stealing $53.08 worth of merchandise from the store on Feb. 27.
