Three arrested at Carbon camp site

Three clients at the Camp Adams juvenile facility in Penn Forest Township, Carbon County, has been cited following an incident that occurred about 10:30 p.m. on Monday, March 1.

State police Lehighton said Donjay Elliot, 18, Rakim Dublin, 18, and a 14-year-old juvenile became involved in an altercation with the staff at the camp. The three have charges of disorderly conduct pending, troopers said.
