Girl Scout Sunday celebrated in Lehighton

Lehighton Girl Scouts celebrated Girl Scout Sunday during services held at Zion United Church of Christ, Second and Iron streets, Lehighton. From left are, Jessica Kellner, Olivia Rodriguez, Amber Curran, Allison Steigerwalt, Taylor Carroll and Maria Burits. Opening ceremonies were presented by Senior Girl Scout Troop 3583, Cadette Troop 3801 and Brownie Troop 3862. Thinking Day activities followed in the Fellowship Hall. The girls presented foods and customs of the following countries, Thailand, Germany, Italy, United States, Philippines and China.
