Monroe resident victim of fraud

A Monroe County resident is the victim of access device fraud, theft and forgery.

State police at Lehighton said someone used the Visa check card of Gina Marie Zimbardo, 44, of 1202 Chestnut Lane, Kunkletown, Polk Township, to make purchases over the phone and used ATM machines during the period of Feb. 3 to March 3 resulting in $800 in charges.
