Schuylkill arrests

State police at Frackville reported the arrest of two Schuylkill County residents in separate incidents.

Troopers said Stephen Joseph Petrylak, 30, of Ringtown, was cited for public drunkenness following an incident that occurred along Second St., in Oneida, East Union Township, about 3:15 a.m. on Sunday, March 7. Troopers said Petrylak was found heavily intoxicated while staggering in the middle of the street and shouting excessively.

Sarah Hennessy, 21, of Girardville, was cited about 4:31 a.m. on Saturday, March 6, following an incident at her residence at 200 Main St. Troopers said Hennessy was charged with disorderly conduct when she played music so loud it could be heard on the street outside her home.
