Two participants in altercation cited
The two participants in a physical altercation are facing charges.
State police at Lehighton said James Robinson, 18, and Steven Brengel, 19, both of Effort, were involved in the altercation about 5 p.m. on Friday, March 5, along Laurel Lane, in Polk Township, Monroe County.
