Disorderly conduct

Jason Foit, 33, of 744 Mauch Chunk Road, Palmerton, was cited for disorderly conduct. The violation occurred on Jan. 27 at 3:59 p.m. in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.

A juvenile referral was filed against a 16-year-old Palmerton male for indecent exposure, open lewdness, and disorderly conduct. The incident occurred on Feb. 9 at 5 p.m. in the 500 block of Lehigh Avenue.

Angel Frable, 48, of 360 Lehigh Avenue, Apt. C, was cited for disorderly conduct. The violation occurred on Jan. 26 at 10:10 p.m. at the above address.

Pedestrian crossing

Citations were filed against two 15-year-old Palmerton females and a 13-year-old Palmerton female for pedestrians crossing at other than crosswalks. The violations occurred on Feb. 27 at 3:30 p.m. in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.

Dog disturbance

Eileen Hofacker, 37, of 280 Avenue A, Palmerton, was cited for dogs disturbing the peace prohibited. The violation occurred on Feb. 19 at 7:15 p.m. at the above address.

Vehicle violation

Jeremy Whiteman, 30, of 620 Mauch Chunk Road, Palmerton, was cited for driving under suspension. The violation occurred on March 2 at 3 p.m. at Fourth Street and Avenue A. Whiteman was also charged with driving under suspension on the same day at 4:18 p.m. at Delaware Avenue and Third Street.
