Stonehedge Gardens lists events for March
Stonehedge Gardens, located at 51 Dairy Road in Tamaqua, will offer the following free events during the month of March.
• March 17 - 6-9 p.m., Movie Night and Discussion
On the screen will be "Dr. Bronner's Magic Soapbox," starting at 6 p.m. A human-interest story about a socially-responsible company, "Dr. Bronner's Magic Soapbox" documents the complicated family legacy behind the counterculture's favorite cleaning product.
• March 18 - 6-9 p.m., Open Expressions Thursdays
An open mic style acoustic jam; come out and play for a night of PPLT, (Performing, Practicing, Learning and Teaching), in a creative space where one can work on ideas and help each other grow.
• March 19 - 6-9 p.m., Stonehedge March Art Opening: KRT Art Therapy presents: "Eclectic Views."
Artists Tracy Perry, Kim Grant and Roz Pena showcasing silk batik, paintings, photography, needlework, and handmade totes.
• March 20 - 11 a.m. until 8 p.m., Stonehedge Community Gathering
An all day gathering to help finish cleanup goals for springtime. These community days will be every other Saturday. Meet the staff and members. All will work together and end the days with, movies, games, pingpong, and share food and drink.
• March 26 - 6-9 p.m., Creative Collective
Join Stonehedge for its monthly arts and crafts gathering.
The group will diving into crocheting, checking out patterns, and working on projects. Feel free to bring other arts and crafts to work on.
• March 30 - 7-11 p.m., Full Moon Fire Gathering - Full Moon Drum Circle.
Gather by the fire and celebrate all that has been accomplished so far in the winter season and help set intentions for the coming spring
