A photo in the TIMES NEWS on Thursday of Mary Edith Rhoades, wife of the late Senator James Rhoades, stated that the woman next to her was her daughter. The woman was not her daughter. Her identity is not known. She accompanied the Rhoades family at the trial of Thomas Senavitis in Monroe County.
Senavitis is facing charges of vehicular homicide and DUI in the accident in which the senator was killed.
