Slatington man facing charges
A Slatington man is facing charges following an incident about 1:42 a.m. on Wednesday, March 10, in the borough.
Borough police said officers responded to a wooded area by Railroad and Factory sts. At the scene they found Barry Lee Rausch, 39, of 433 S. Walnut St., hiding in the woods.
As a result of an investigation police charged Rausch with public drunkenness, scattering rubbish, open container and burning in violation of borough ordinance.
