Tree down, road closed

Long Run Road in Franklin Township was closed to traffic Saturday afternoon between Maury Road and Vine Street. Heavy winds and rain brought down a tree and electrical lines causing the closure. Franklin Township police and fire police closed the roadway until PPL Electric crews cleared the scene.
