Monroe man facing drug charge

A Monroe County man is facing a drug count following an incident on Saturday, March 13.

Pocono Mountain Regional police said officers observed a vehicle parked at Joe's Kwik Mart in Pocono Summit about 12:57 a.m. and made contact with the occupants. While speaking with them officers detected the odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle.

As a result of an investigation police arrested Deven Cruz, 20, of Long Pond, for possession of a small amount of marijuana.
