Harassment incidents probed

State police at Lehighton reported on two separate incidents of harassment probed by troopers.

Troopers said Scott Michael Albert, 45, of Ashfield, was arrested for harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness for an incident that occurred on Thursday, March 18, about 5:30 p.m. along Blue Mountain Road, in East Penn Township. Troopers said Albert was drunk and in the middle of the road yelling and harassing his elderly neighbor.

Troopers reported a 17-year-old male from Philadelphia was cited for harassment for an incident at the Youth Services Agency located in Eldred Township, Monroe County. According to troopers the teen became involved in a physical altercation with two other teens, ages 16 and 15, during which he punched both victims as they were walking to the shower facilities. One victim is from Kingston, Luzerne County, and the other from Philadelphia.

The incident occurred about 7:30 a.m. on Thursday.
