Rush makes theft, assault arrests

Rush Township Police are filing charges against a 16 year old female from Lansford for assaulting an adult in the Rita's Italian Ice parking lot in Hometown on March 20 at 6:13 p.m. One female was transported to St. Luke's Miners Memorial Hospital, Coaldale, for injuries.

Tayrn Depos, 24, Tamaqua, was arrested when she allegedly attempted to steal $66.75 worth of merchandise from Walmart in Hometown on March 22 at 8:24 p.m. Depos is facing retail theft charges.
