Christopher Thompson and Nina Garzio
The engagement of Nina Garzio, Tamaqua, to Christopher Thompson, also of Tamaqua, has been announced by her parents.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mark and Mary Garzio of Tresckow. She is a 2003 graduate of Marian Catholic High School and a 2009 graduate of Kutztown University. She is employed as a remarketing coordinator by the Empire Education Group.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Leonard and Debbie Thompson of New Ringgold. He is a 1994 graduate of Tamaqua Area High School. He is employed as the director of sales and marketing for Wos-Wit Pennsylvania Dutch Foods.
A wedding is being planned for September of 2010.
