Neighbors dispute leads to charges

A neighbors dispute has led to both parties being charged.

State police at Lehighton said David Roy Detweiler, 55, and John Joseph Troianiello, 49, both of Jackson Drive, Saylorsburg, Ross Township, Monroe County, where involved in a dispute over property lines. A female victim said Detweiler got "into her face" and continually shouted at her backing her down her driveway and a male victim said Troianiello approached him and repeatedly shouted in his face. The incident occurred about noon on March 20, troopers said.

Troopers said Detweiler and Torianiello will both be charged with harassment.
