Three are cited after SH incident
Three persons were cited for disorderly conduct by Summit Hill police after an incident at 4:26 a.m. March 19.
Police Chief Joseph Fittos Jr. said officers were called to investigate a disturbance in the area of 264 W. Ludlow St. when neighbors were awakened by persons acting disorderly.
Cited were Isaac Purcell, 31, of 306-1/2 N. First St., and Gabrielle Parisi, 20, of 184 S. First St., Apt. 4, both of Lehighton, and Amanda Messinger, 19, of 264 W. Ludlow St.
