The two were attempting to hitch their truck to an old steel utility trailer. Upon seeing Boyer the two fled in the truck. A check of the area revealed the two apparently took two old steel five gallon buckets containing scrap steel.

The suspects were described as one wearing a gray pullover shirt and the other in all black clothing. The truck was believed to be a Ford, dark blue or black in color.

Troopers are investigating a theft incident at Boscov's Department store in the Fairlane Village Mall in Norwegian Township. On March 25 about 2:34 p.m. a suspect was observed taking a pair of Lee jeans from the store without paying for them. No description of the suspect was given.
