Monroe driver cited after crash

A Monroe County driver was cited following a two- vehicle crash at the intersection of SR209 and Frable Road, in Chestnuthill Township, that occurred about 1:46 p.m. on April 24.

State police at Fern Ridge said Marc A. Anthony, 24, of Kunkletown, was driving a 1996 Ford F-150 and stopped at the intersection. He then pulled out into the intersection without proper clearance and his vehicle struck a 1997 Buick Regal driven northbound by Jacey R. Berger, 16, of Kunkletown. The front of the Ford hit the driver's side of the Buick.

After impact Anthony left the scene, troopers said. Anthony, Berger and her passenger, Phyllis L. Parliament, 67, of Kunkletown, were all not injured.

Troopers said Anthony was cited.
