Nesquehoning couple wed 70 years

Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Puschock of Nesquehoning are celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary.

They were married on May 5, 1940 in St. Mary's Greek Catholic Church in Nesquehoning by the late Rev. Stephen Gulovich.

Mrs. Puschock is the former Julie Jane Merman.

The Puschocks are the parents of a son, Thomas, who lives with his wife Patricia in Portland, Maine.

They also have a grandson, Thomas, and a granddaughter, Erika, wife of Alan Gibbon.

They also have a stepgrandson, Richard Libby, who lives with his wife Heidi in Dayton, Maine.

The Puschocks also have four stepgreat-grandsons and two stepgreat-granddaughters.
