Robin McArdle, 145 E. Hazard St., Summit Hill: speeding on E. Patterson St. on May 3 at 5:02 p.m.

Janine Ringlaben, 19, 72 Dryden Drive, Albrightsbille: speeding on E. Patterson St. on April 29 at 6:14 p.m.

Jennifer Stoves, 24, 3 W. Ruddle St., Coaldale: speeding on E. Patterson St. on April 30 at 5:22 p.m.

Celina Sagan, 18, 521 Cleveland St., Hazleton: obedience to traffic-control devices on May 3 at 3:30 p.m. at Patterson and Coal streets.

Debi Dodson, 51, 130 E. Ridge St., Coaldale: obedience to traffic-control devices on April 17 at 4:30 p.m. on the 500 block of E. Patterson St.

Sara Mertz, 33, 502 Lansford Court: driving under suspension on April 15 at 9:25 p.m. at Patterson and Springgarden streets.

Joseph Counterman, 28, 2 Grier Avenue, Barnesville: driving under suspension on April 14 at 10:42 p.m. at Bertsch and Walnut streets.

Jernell Lavon Pough, 110-13 160th St., Jamaica New York: driving without a license and speeding April 29 on the 700 block of E. Patterson St.

Kelly Bauer, 33, 106 S. Chestnut St., Summit Hill: speeding on E. Patterson St. on May 4 at 6:05 p.m.

The following were cited for failing to pay parking tickets issued in the business district on April 15. Kira Cesanek, Lansford; Franklin Shook Sr., Lansford; and Mary Alice Peters, Summit Hill.

The following were cited for failing to pay parking tickets issued in the business district for street sweeping on April 14: Louise Galotti, Summit Hill; Russell Arnold, Tamaqua; April16: Shea Drulyk, Lansford; and April 21: Mary Alice Peters, Summit Hill.

Non-traffic citations

Michael Zuber, 24, 2 E. Ridge St.: public drunkenness and disorderly conduct on May 2 at 3:50 a.m. at Sharpe and Bertsch streets. Zuber refused to sign the citations.

Stacey Bond, 26, 445 E. Abbott St.: violation of the borough's animal nuisance ordinance on April 13 at 10 p.m.
