Birth: Kalyan

A son, Gavin Brady Kalyan, was born at 5:57 p.m. on March 10, 2010 at Summerlin Medical Center, Las Vegas, Nev. to Jacqulyn Bucktooth and Jacob Kalyan, Las Vegas.

He weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces and measured 20.5 inches long. The new baby was welcomed home by older siblings Maxamillion and Lovella, both 16 months old.

Maternal grandparents are Nate and Karen Bucktooth-DuBois of Buffalo, N.Y. Maternal great-grandmother is Norma DuBois, Buffalo, N.Y.

Paternal grandparents are Peter and Pamela Kalyan of Las Vegas. Paternal great-grandparents are the late Jacob and Ruth Rimbach of Tamaqua.

The baby's father and paternal grandparents are all former Tamaqua residents.
