Teen facing mischief count
State police at Lehighton have reported a case of criminal mischief that occurred Monday, May 3, in Monroe County.
The incident occurred at 3:30 p.m. when a 14-year-old male from East Stroudsburg kicked in the front door at 7698 Bonser Road, Ross Township, owned by Angelo Delgado, of Jersey City, N.J.
The door was damaged as was the door frame and surrounding drywall. The prosecution is being handled through a summary citation for criminal mischief.
