Berks woman facing drug count

A Berks County woman is facing drug counts after she brought illegal substances to a state prison in Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said Shelly Oxenreider, 36, of Reading, drove onto the property of the State Correctional Institution at Frackville, Ryan Township, about 9:50 a.m. on Monday, May 10. She consented to a search of her vehicle and found were drugs and drug paraphernalia. She will be charged with those drug counts, troopers said.
