Lansford police file charges
Lansford police reported that Tiffany Bright, 29, 330 Coal Street, Lehighton, faces charges from an incident which took place on April 4 at 860 E. Patterson St.
Charges were filed by Officer Jason Helmer. Bright is charged with false identification to law enforcement officers.
Prislynn Hosier, 32, 1225 Orioles Drive, Lehighton, faces charges after an incident which took place on Feb. 2 on W. Bertsch St. Charges were filed by Officer Joshua Tom.
Hosier is charged with two counts of driving under the influence (DUI), possession of drug paraphernalia, and careless driving.
Charles Misawic, 41, 138 E. Columbus Ave., Nesquehoning, faces charges from an incident which took place on Sept. 22, 2009, at SR209 and Andrewsville St. Charges were filed by Officer Robert Shubeck. Misawic is charged with four counts of DUI and possession of a controlled substance.
Michael Zuber, 24, 2 E. Ridge St. Apt. 2, Lansford, faces charges from an incident which took place on May 2 at 4 a.m. on E. Ridge St. Charges were filed by Officer Brian Zulic. Zuber is charged with persistent disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. He was arraigned before District Judge Edward Lewis, Jim Thorpe. Bail was set at $5,000 and he was committed to county prison. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 12.
A felony warrant has been issued for Jamie Bauder, 26, 23 E. Ridge St. Apt. A, Lansford, in connection with an incident which took place on April 20 on E. Bertsch St. Charges were filed by Officer Joshua Tom. Bauder is charged with intimidation of a witness (a felony) and a misdemeanor count of harassment.
