Monroe driver facing DUI count
A Monroe County man has been pulled over for driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) recently.
State police at Lehighton said that at about 10:47 p.m. April 30 they stopped a 1998 Saturn operated by Richard Miller, 27, of East Stroudsburg, during a sobriety checkpoint located along SR209 at Mill Pond Rd., in Polk Township.
It was determined that Miller was under the influence and was cited.
