Summit Hill teen charged with public drunkenness

A 16-year-old Summit Hill male was charged with public drunkenness after he was observed staggering around the street.

According to Summit Hill police, on May 8, at 1:43 a.m., officers observed the teen staggering. They then stopped he and found that he was under the influence of alcohol.

He was charged with curfew violation, underage drinking, and public drunkenness.
