Scattering rubbish incident probed

State police at Fern Ridge reported the arrest of an Albrightsville man for scattering rubbish.

Troopers allege that James Cole, 45, placed 15 bags of household garbage at a new construction site along Chippewa Trail in Penn Forest Township, Carbon County, on May 20 between midnight and 9 a.m. The property owner is Silvio Vitiello, 45, of Tobyhanna.
