Neighbors cited

Two neighbors were cited after they engaged in a dispute while cutting their lawns. State police at Lehighton said the incident occurred in the area of 1545 Kunkletown Road, in Eldred Township, Monroe County, about 10:20 a.m. on May 20.

According to troopers James Mayrosh, 47, and Philip Manzo, 65, were mowing their respective lawns when the two came in close proximity to each other. Each dismounted their lawn mowers and engaged in a verbal dispute about various ongoing issues which included dirty looks, name calling and property line.

Each claims the other threw a rope marking the boarder in his face. Troopers were called and both were issued citations for harassment.
