Nesquehoning arrests reported
Nesquehoning police reported on the following arrests made by officers recently.
Chief Sean Smith cited Sheri McFarland, 134 W. Railroad St., Nesquehoning, and Jennifer Marchorro, no address given, for a harassment incident that occurred on March 2. Marchorro and McFarland were allegedly text messaging harassing statements to each other using obscene language.
Smith stopped Anna Formica, 222 W. Patterson St., Lansford, on April 20 while operating a 1990 Volvo with an expired registration plate. He also cited her for driving while under suspension.
Smith cited Stephanie Ann Barron, 245 E. Ridge St., Lansford, for driving under suspension after being involved in an accident on SR209, just above Redners Warehouse Market. The crash occurred on May 14.
Officer Timothy Wuttke filed a retail theft charge against Ronald Ventura, 109 Henning Drive, Albrightsville, for allegedly taking merchandise from Redners on May 9.
The charge was filed May 17.
