False alarm citations issued
State police at the Fern Ridge barracks reported two citations were issued for false alarms.
Cited were Chris Forgione, of Reeders, and North Penn Bank branch in Effort, both in Tobyhanna Township, Monroe County. According to troopers both caused or permitted four or more false alarm activations during a consecutive 12-month period.
