Jacy Albert and Wesley Hablett have announced their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of George and Barbara Albert of Jim Thorpe. She is a 2000 graduate of Blackhawk High School, and a 2004 graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a bachelor of science in business administration.
She is employed as a quality assurance coach at Network Solutions.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Karen Hablett of Pottsville and Richard and Bonnie Hablett of Minersville. He is a graduate of Pottsville High School and is employed as the head of technology at Pepperjam.
A wedding date has been set for Sept. 24, 2011.
