Register now for Girl Scout camp

Registration for Girl Scout "Camp Evergreen" is now being accepted with a deadline of June 7.

Join the Scouts as they journey to "Merry Ole England" for a weekend filled with fun and adventure at Camp Pine Grove. The dates are July 16-18. Hiking, cooking out, nature study, arts and crafts, campfires, making new friends, exploring fields, woods and streams this is the Girl Scout Program in the out-of-doors.

This year the theme is a "Midsummer Night's Camp." There will be a Renaissance adventure.

Camp enrollment is limited to the first 75 girls. Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The camp director is Mary Fox. She can be contacted at (570) 645-7500.
