Carbon man cited for mischief
A Carbon County man was cited following an incident that occurred at 142 E. Bowmans Rd., in Lehighton.
State police at Lehighton said Timothy Eckhart, 23, of Lehighton, is accused of taking the cellular phone of Nicole Warner, 22, of Lehighton, and smashing it on the ground. The incident occurred about noon on Oct. 26.
Eckhart was issued two citations, one for criminal mischief and the other for disorderly conduct, troopers said.
