Slatington man facing charges
A Slatington man is facing multiple charges following an incident in the borough on Sunday, Oct. 31.
About 7:46 p.m. officers were dispatched to 34 S. Second St., Apt. 1, for a male trespassing. It was discovered that the male had burglarized the home on three other occasions, police said.
The male was identified as Sean P. Dougherty, 22, of 34 S. Second St., Apt. 2. He was charged with four counts each of burglary and criminal trespass and three counts each of receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking and one count of attempted theft.
