Named WAHS senior of the month

Andrew Vack, son of Larry and Teresa Vack, Weatherly, has been named Senior of the Month for September at Weatherly High School.

Vack is a member of the Weatherly Area High School chapter of the National Honor Society, the Cross Country and Soccer teams and the Wrecker Band and Jazz Band. He is active in TATU, the Envirothon, the Citizen Bee, Science Olympiad, Student Forum and the AMC Mathematics Competition.

In the community, Vack participates in robotics club activities, and is employed at Heritage Hill as a dishwasher. Vack is a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Weatherly, where he assists as an altar server, volunteers for the church festival, and teaches altar-serving classes.
