Dog law violation
State police at Fern Ridge reported citing a Monroe County resident for a dog law violation.
Troopers said Arlene Milevoi, of Saylorsburg, was cited for allowing her two small dogs to wander off her property at 6040 Overlook Drive, in Chestnuthill Township. The two dogs allegedly began to chase Betty Reynolds, of Saylorsburg, as she walked on the roadway.
Milevoi was cited for confinement of dogs.
