St. Matthew's needs baked goods
St. Matthew's UCC is looking for donations of baked goods and Chinese auction items for the bazaar on Nov. 6. If you can bring baked goods by 9 a.m. that morning, it would be greatly appreciated. If you have any questions, please contact Loretta at 610-381-3037.
Chestnut Ridge Seniors
The Chestnut Ridge Seniors will meet on Thursday, Nov. 11 at 11 a.m. at the Kunkletown Vol. Fire Co. It will be celebrating with a Thanksgiving meal of hot roast beef sandwiches. They need volunteers to bring dessert and they will be playing Bingo.
Veterans Day observance
There will be a Veterans Day observance at the Eldred Township Veteran's Memorial at the township municipal building on Thursday, Nov. 11 at 11 a.m. Please come and pay homage to those brave men and women who have served in our armed forces.
