Get it while it's hot and spicy

"Hot" and "Spicy" those were the most popular comments made by the judges at the Tamaqua Elks Lodge annual Lodge Chili Contest. The winner of the contest was Donette Miller, who took great pride in making her chili, but wouldn't reveal her secret.
