Monroe resident victim of fraud
A Monroe County resident is the victim of credit card fraud.
State police at Lehighton said unknown persons used the credit card of Leonard Charles Rickley, 53, of Kunkletown, Eldred Township, at several locations during the period of Oct. 22 to 24.
