Access device fraud probed
State police at Lehighton are investigating an incident of access device fraud.
Troopers said Matthew Donald Koch, 34, of White St., Weissport, reported someone used his bank card and attempted to order $235 worth of Viagra pills. The incident occurred sometime between Nov. 1 and 11.
