A out-of-state driver is facing a charge of hit and run in Schuylkill County. State police at Schuylkill Haven said the incident occurred about 7:25 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 13, in the parking lot of the Burger King restaurant in Cressona.

Cuchara, 48, (driver's seat), and with Stephen W. Cuchara, 52, both of Orwigsburg, passenger. They were not injured.

Lloyd and passenger Amesa Kalil, 18, of Philadelphia, were not injured. Troopers cited Lloyd for accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property.
